Bring us the parking problem your team keeps dealing with.

The Founding Property Program invites five properties to help shape a better guest-parking workflow through a 30-day managed pilot. It starts with your rules and your day-to-day challenges—not a blank dashboard.

What would be different?

Give residents a straightforward way to register guests, staff a way to check whether a vehicle has permission, and boards a record to review if there is a disagreement.

How the 30-day managed pilot works

  1. Tell us about your property, current rules, and the parking problem to evaluate.
  2. Agree on a useful pilot scope, responsibilities, and commercial terms before kickoff.
  3. Run the agreed workflow for 30 days, then review what worked and what needs to change. After day 30, pilot property operations pause; data is retained, and continued operations require choosing a paid plan or service.

Applying is not a reservation or acceptance. Fit, capacity, scope, and commercial terms are confirmed before kickoff; no free pilot is promised.

Who should apply?

HOA and condo boards, community managers, and property management companies dealing with guest overflow, pass sharing, short-term rental turnover, or inconsistent enforcement. Bring a real property and someone who can discuss its parking rules. Applying does not reserve a place or guarantee acceptance; we confirm fit and capacity individually.
