SmartLotIQ + AppFolio integration

SmartLotIQ integrates directly with AppFolio Property Manager so your HOA's resident roster stays in sync without manual exports or CSV uploads. New residents are added automatically, departed residents are deactivated automatically, and unit-level contact information is always current.

What the AppFolio integration does

• One-time OAuth or API-key connection
• Initial bulk import of all units and residents from AppFolio
• Continuous sync (default every 6 hours; configurable)
• Automatic resident deactivation when removed from AppFolio
• Per-property isolation — your community's data is never shared with other AppFolio customers using SmartLotIQ

How to connect

From the SmartLotIQ Integrations page, choose AppFolio, authenticate with your AppFolio Property Manager credentials, select the property to sync, and confirm. The initial sync usually completes in under five minutes for communities with fewer than 500 units.
