• Pass limits and review. Associations can review available settings for pass limits and requests that need staff attention.
• Activity alerts. Selected pass or plate patterns may be surfaced for staff review; an alert is not proof of a violation.
• Pass validation. Configured pass validation may help staff identify mismatches for review; it does not guarantee that misuse will be detected.
• Watchlist records. A watchlist may support staff review; it does not itself authorize a fine, tow, or gate-control action.
