SMS Terms & Opt-In Policy

Effective May 9, 2026. The SmartLotIQ SMS program is a transactional, account-related messaging service operated by Cybersmetrics LLC d/b/a SmartLotIQ and delivered through Twilio Inc. on the long-code phone number (850) 493-7277. The program is opt-in only and is not used for marketing.

How consumers opt in

  • Resident self-sign-up at smartlotiq.com/resident-signup — disclosure shown above the submit button.
  • Property-staff-assisted sign-up — manager checks an "express written consent received" acknowledgment before the number is enrolled.
  • Guest pass delivery — guest's number entered by a resident or staff member to deliver a one-time pass link.
  • Inbound keyword "GUEST" — already-enrolled residents text GUEST to (850) 493-7277 for a magic-link.

What we send

Magic-link replies, pass-delivery links, violation notices, and HELP/STOP responses. Frequency varies; typically <10 messages/month for residents and 1–3 for guests. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile-opt-in information, consent records, or message content with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
