Can visitors pay for guest parking themselves through SmartLotIQ?

Yes. The Professional plan includes Visitor Pay-to-Park. Each property gets a public booking page where any visitor can pick a duration, pay through Stripe Checkout, and receive a QR-coded parking pass by email instantly. Property managers set their own hourly rate, daily cap, and maximum stay. The revenue goes directly to the community's Stripe account — SmartLotIQ does not take a percentage.

Can SmartLotIQ open my existing gate hardware automatically when a valid pass arrives?

Yes. SmartLotIQ integrates with five gate-control providers: LiftMaster myQ Business, DoorKing (DKS), HID Origo Mobile Access, Genetec AutoVu ALPR, and any controller that accepts a signed HTTPS webhook.
